April 2018 Newsletter President’s Comments

Hi Quilters,
Spring is here, the snow is melting, and then snowing a little, and then
melting…
We had a fun and productive sewing and catching up day March 20. We have
an entire shelf in the Creede cabinet filled with completed Treasure Trove
items, purse pin cushions, accordion bags, microwave bowls, pinch bowls,
snap bags, zipper bags, pinecone ornaments, and 12” wall hangings. One
group got all of the quilt raffle tickets torn apart and organized for the raffle,
Yay!
A few people trickled back from out of town, and I’m excited to see more
come in April. See you soon!
