Hi Quilters,
We had a wonderful turnout for our July meeting including a new member and several guests. Shelby Bonners suggestion this winter for Christmas in July to be wall
hangings (one for exchange and one for the Treasure Trove) worked brilliantly, with so many beautiful works of art which added a large pile to the selection in September.
The quilt show is rapidly approaching, and I can’t wait to see all of your beautiful creations.
Plan to stay after the August meeting to help embellish some of the Treasure Trove items: buttons, ribbon, inktense pencil painting, etc. It should be lots of fun to try
something new.
