May I apologize for being so late in getting a newsletter to all of you. Life has happened. Preparing to leave our KS home and arriving and settling in our summer home has kept me away from the computer.
I did have a welcome visitor (Anne Strong) in KS the weekend before we left. May I say God was with her on her travels. She drove through Andover, KS about an hour before the tornado went
thru that destroyed many homes, the YMCA, and damaged an elementary school. The tornado did affect Dawn Reitz’s family as it blew away her grandchildren’s day care. They were safely home when it hit.
There are many opportunities to be active in our guild in the next few months. Sit down, relax and read this newsletter so you can become excited about the many things you can get involved in with other guild members this summer.
I know some of you will not be in Colorado for the May meeting. I hope that if you are, you will join us for the meeting. Unless my calendar changes, this will be the only meeting I will make the whole summer. (Boo!!!)
Happy Quilting
