From pictures I am seeing of the mountains, the aspens are displaying their beautiful fall colors. I’ve even seen there has been a light dusting of
snow in the La Garitas. Fall has arrived and winter will be cominng. Fall weather means it is time to get the sewing machines humming. The
quilt show is less than a year away so I hope you have started on your show items. One of my goals for this winter is to make at least one item
for the Treasure Trove each month. I hope you will join me in this challenge.
One of the missions of our guild is to contribute to community. If you have not helped with a charity quilt, you are missing out on an
opportunity to provide a sense of caring and warmth to another person. If you are interested in helping with a charity quilt, please contact Vi Koch.
She will get you started.
